Overview

I designed the UI/UX for Piñata Café, a drive-thru concept that offers a unique twist on traditional coffee and sweet bread. Inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mexican culture, Piñata Café serves a variety of sweet breads, atoles, and coffee, all accessible via a quick and seamless drive-thru experience. Using Figma, I crafted an intuitive and visually engaging design that enhances user experience, making it easy for customers to order their favorite treats on the go while embracing the colorful essence of Mexican cuisine.

Customer Journey

Throughout the customer journey, the customer begins with the initial goal and continuing through ideas, ensuring a seamless and engaging process at every stage.

Proto-Persona

I created a proto persona to represent our ideal customer, capturing key characteristics, goals, motivations, and pain points to guide design decisions and ensure a tailored, user-centered experience.

Sitemap and Mindmapping

Developed a sitemap and mind map for Piñata Café to organize the user flow and ensure a seamless navigation experience, helping users easily explore the menu and place their orders.

Affinity Diagram and MoSCoW Method

The MoSCoW Method helps prioritize tasks by categorizing them into Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, and Won’t Have, and the Affinity Diagram organizes and groups ideas or feedback based on common themes to identify key patterns and insights for Piñata Café.
